My 30+ years experience in the trades has positioned me as a Union Carpenter, Superintendent and Construction Manager of Craft and Mechanical Trades.  I am certified through Classroom and site training in Electrical and Safety Compliance. Both my education and work experience have truly made me a qualified Inspector. My strength is identifying and resolving all current and potential home deficiencies in a proficient manner.

My experience has been built over many years with a perfect mix of professions that make home inspections not just my craft but my passion. I take pride in being a strong communicator. Customer satisfaction is my top priority.  I always take into consideration the value of my customer’s time by following up and sending responses in a timely manner.  I am committed to quality work and dedicated to my customers!
